Interim Pastor

Pastor Dennis served as a pastor of PCUSA (Presbyterian) churches in Virginia for 15 years. He received a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary in 2006. In addition to his church work, Patrick has served as a Presbytery Moderator and on various Presbytery committees including the Serve Committee of Mission Presbytery. In addition to serving as our Interim Pastor, he is a part-time chaplain at Morningside Ministries at Menger Springs. Patrick’s wife, Rev. Sarah Dennis, serves as the Student Ministries Director at University Methodist Church in San Antonio. Sarah & Patrick have three children and two Golden Retrievers.

Christina Long is a highly seasoned professional, demonstrating a strong commitment to the Forest Hills community as both a staff member and a dedicated member since 2005. Her abilities extend well beyond her administrative skills, as she possesses an exceptional passion for mission work and outreach services. With a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Mary's University, Christina exemplifies an exceptional aptitude for strategic leadership. She currently resides with her family, including her husband, Frank, and two daughters, Marissa and Claire. Christina continues to be an integral asset to both the Forest Hills team and community as a whole.

Deb has been an esteemed friend of our congregation for several years, and we are excited to witness her sharing her exceptional talents in worship and beyond in this new capacity. Her unwavering passion for playing in worship and the experience she has gained from serving in several settings, including the Diakonia Emmaus Community, are impressive. Aside from strumming the guitar, writing her own music, cooking up a storm, or rescuing animals, Deb is also a dedicated Home Health Nurse in the Hill Country Region.

Audio/Visual Technician

Mr. Benjamin Farrar serves as the Sound Technician for Forest Hills. With his 20 years of experience living in San Antonio, Ben is grateful to be a part of the FHPC team. He is well-versed in sound and technical production, which he further applies as a Graphic Designer at Sea World of San Antonio, and as a Sound and Projection Designer at the Wonder Theater of San Antonio.
